I was disappointed with my recent visit. The smoked brisket, although marketed as tender and flavorful, tasted bland and lacked the promised kick from the seasoning. The overall menu felt uninspired, offering nothing new or exciting. Additionally, the rewards program seemed cumbersome to navigate. For a place that prides itself on quality, I expected much more.
